This is from Scotch?
I bought a 3-pak of this tape at a Meijers supermarket - a value priced store. I was surprised that they had a brand name product such as Scotch. Then I encountered the quality of the tape: It has one of worst flaws a tape can have It will not pull off the roll straight across unless you pull carefully and slowly. Most of the time you begin pulling some off the roll and one side of the tape doesn't pull off, leaving only part of the width coming off and part staying on the roll.
I can't believe Scotch makes a tape that does that!

Scotch Expressions
I received a roll of Scotch Expressions Washi Tape free to from 3M to evaluate. I love it the designs is very nice. It will be good for many things like scrap booking, wrapping presents,also for the kids to do crafts. .
